If I recall, the camera fell a little bit short of the competition in that phone. However, it's wicked fast, and for what you do, that's what counts.

Fantastic value, rimshot!

I have ATT on my phone, and I've been dreading porting the data to my new phone I bought a few weeks ago. It seems every time I do it, some things are lost.

The Pixel is fast in part because you don't have the phone manufacturer's software overlaid on the Android OS. It's pure Android, and fast.

What Android phones still lack in comparison to AAPL is the latest software updates. You can only go so many generations of Android, and then your phone can't handle the next generation. iPhones keep updating the software until they stop supporting the phone, which is about 6-years.

My phones are Samsung, as photos have been important, but not enough to be trapped in Apple world. My kids all have iPhones, as they are heavy users of video, Snap, Instagram, and Youtube. Also, many kids are in chat or text groups, and if you don't have Apple phones, you have difficulty getting the texts from the group.
