What makes its properties undesirable? Cash flow is what it's all about. Money is power in the financial markets and to a certain extent in life. That's why AMZN, AAPL, FB and GOOG trade at such lofty multiples. Plus, BTG has no debt. I get it that BTG has properties outside of Canada and Australia. But so what?
