Looks like comfort food. I'm a big fan of pasta. I recently discovered Shirataki Noodles: The Zero-Calorie ‘Miracle’ Noodles. They're a God send for diabetics. I buy them at our local Asian grocer, which has just about everything you might need to cook Asian cuisine.

I'm eating a bit healthier since kidney stones put me in the emergency room a couple of times a few weeks back. More fish like this grilled salmon with a ginger glaze and pan seared Chilean sea bass with lemon pepper.

(Metals looking weak with bonds tanking along with the market and USD inching up -- minor correction???)
