There is nothing new about "drive thru" voting in Harris County TX. About 10 or 12 yrs ago, I was on crutches due to a knee injury, drove up to my polling place and started to get out w/ my crutches. They saw me through the door and a guy trotted out and asked if I wanted to vote in my truck. I said sure and they brought it out for me to vote sitting in my truck.
