Regarding buying Merck, you may have missed a short-term buying opputunity since it has moved up so recently. Over the long-term, this is a quality stock that often sells at a high multiple and has a steadyily increasing dividend. You might regret purchasing at this price this year, but if you are holding for a few years, you will regret not purchasing at this price. Bruce
