Chad and All!!!! You stated the following

"The favorable markets down in the states would be a breath of fresh air to this company and definitely bring in more US investors."

I don't know about the fresh air, especially the Nasdaq Bulletin Board. I have traded all the markets in the US and my many experiences
with the Nasdaq Bulletin Board would make a outhouse smell like a bunch roses. Let's not kid ourselves all the markets are manipulated to a lesser or greater extent by the big Brokerage and Fund houses.
The markets in the US are better regulated and monitored but, the BIG
Boys usually get their way. The small investor has always gotten
the short end of the stick as far as pricing is concerned. The Nasdaq
Bulletin Board is notorious for scalping the little investor to death.

The only "REAL" difference between the Canadian Small stock
exchanges and the US ones, are that the Canadian markets play with the
"HALTS" much more often than the US markets to help out their buddies to get out of their shorts or get in with their longs. This HALTING
philosophy is the easiest way for price manipulation and my understanding if the powers that sit at the VSE say halt then everything halts!!! They say they protect the little investor,
I say they give him the royal shaft. If you look at all the
Halts that have occurred the past year or so, (including STS)
what happened to the stock price after the halt was lifted?
Either the price gapped up at the open and caused the little
investor to pay enormous premiums at the whim of the Big brokerage
houses or the price gapped down and the little guy got holding the
bag.

Finally Chad, If STS could get listed on the Toronto or Small Cap
Nasdaq (not BB) then they we may be doing alot better since, those
exchanges have positive reputations to consider unfortunately
the Boys at the VSE still control the purse strings..

Best regards and luck to everyone!!!!
