They are waiting for the VSE to approve the JV in Madagascar. There was a also report from Ron Stokes, a well-know B.C. gemologist and geologist on the project.

Mr. Stokes is optimistic of the project.

Major shareholders are not just Asians but Israelis too. Have not seen any selling from either of them.

Believe this stock is going to soar - once the JV is finalized.
