rimshot I wish I could join you in the Carolina/ Tenn Appalachian Trail region in the time frame you are planning to be there. We are constrained by the Covid-19 issues in that my wife does have asthma difficulties at times and is quite afraid of Covid. So we have postponed our most recent planned trip to see family in Idaho indefinitely as we enter the cold/flu season and would be confined or likely spend more time indoors visiting. Those folks also are not wearing masks and living a little too fearlessly in my wife's eyes. This is such a fun time. I will post a few soup recipes that are very healthy here in the next while. Thanks for sharing
