Always a pleasure to read your insights, Raleigh.

I would appreciate some discussion from the more technically
and personally informed on this thread on the specific
points you make re:

1. peering arrangements to garner access to the backbone
2. lay-off charges for origination and termination fees
3. transactional fees for the billing of traffic over their
infrastructure.

These would fill in, for my understanding, sizeable blanks in
my attempt to get a better grasp of FTEL/FNET's overall structure.
From earlier posts and discussions, suggestion has been made
that Frank is developing this structure from a base which is
conceptually different than the current norm in the industry.

Also, when you said that company you are dealing with analyzed FTEL within the context of its competitors and "they emphasized the lead that Franklin already holds over the vast majority of others", we
now see further indication of an arms length, objective analysis
suggesting FTEL is effectively positioning itself.
