US Deaths 232,540 .07% pop Canada Deaths 10,261 .027% pop (even with our old folks homes debacles!) could it be government waking up pulling togeterh irrespective of politics ? Single payer healthcare ? I dunno .. but it's better.. The only ones bickering politically are the fed C's as they have no skin in the game.. provincial C's, muni govs and the feds are all working together up here.. Something to cherish... as an aside (and I think the pop growth .. in any form is a perpetuation of the ponzi scheme of consumerism ie.. buy 'stuff' and more stuff :) we need to level off.. if immigrants needed to keep level let them in .. welcome them... court them !!!
