SR <<Zip standard by year 2000>> I agree with your son's long term assessment. If you step back far enough IOM should look like a great success story, and our current troubles just a speed bump. (hopefully) KE has no choice but to get better with his WS PR. He's just experienced a painfull lesson. More importantly, if he distibutes stock options as intended he will eventually be surrounded by stockholders. Every key person in the company should be vested in some way. It will get the organization pulling together and doing whatever it takes to execute correctly. MSFT is an excellent example of this. I believe it is not lost on the majority of IOM employees that WS has given them a D on execution this quarter. And if they don't really care now they soon will as they begin to accumulate options. I look forward to the day when KE's secretary is vested and say's to him, "Sir, there's an analyst on the phone would you please take this call." Les (now that I'm stuck with IOM for a while I can concentrate on my real job)
