I'm sure that played a MAJOR PART in the votes that Hillary Clinton got in 2016. Her top 4 winning states, California, New York, Illinois and New Jersey added up, respectively, to 55+29+20+14 = 118 !!! .... MORE THAN 50% OF ALL HER ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES CAME FROM STATES WHERE ABSOLUTELY NO VOTER ID WAS REQUIRED AT THE BALLOT BOX !!!
