I thought this was interesting. I'm sure that some of those mall based stores they acquired last year could benefit from renovation. Perhaps renovation partly explains why thier expenses have been up.

The key finding of a recent Deloitte & Touche study was that renovation unfailingly leads to increased sales and gross margin.
