I'm not following that closely. I think PA is because they are counting ballets received after the deadline and keep 'finding' more votes. Not sure about Michigan, but its the same M.O. everywhere. Wisconsin was just a cluster$uck. They went way overboard, likely because they didn't anticipate the Trump lead there.

The reason for all these delays is simply because the Trump lead was higher than anticipated so they had to get back to work.

There is no doubt Trump won this election.
