Thanks Todd. You're right, of course. Successful businesses strive to reduce costs and pass on savings to their customers. NCES is ahead of the curve and leading the industry in implementing cost effective professional services. Far from a negative, this report should bolster the stock in the minds of the investment community. I have no problem with retaining my position and adding to it at this level. -Jerry
