my understanding is the PA Supervisor of Elections told the Supreme Court that all ballots received after election day would be held separate pending a possible second SC ruling and not counted (YET)....then she reneged on her own word and issued an order to count those ballots as they come in as soon as possible and those ballots are no longer separate from the rest .......now there can be NO simple resolution by the court (just as the Ds want and as the R justices warned would happen if the issue was not decided BEFORE the vote......just one colosal fuckup......as designed......but both the Ds and ROBERTS as happy as a clam..
