I don’t disagree with your solution. I do think blockchain is considered unhackable only because it hasn’t been yet. But what I am getting at is the fact that this can be changed tomorrow if the will is there. We don’t need any new systems at all. Voter ID, complete openness and a few audit trails and almost all fraud disappears.

Disgusting that we are sitting here talking about this again.
