I think that you and I are talking about entirely different situations and I can't explain it over the text. Start by thinking that if you were a criminal executive in charge of professional swindlers. How would you cover your ass using lawyers and accountants to seem legal if shady? It is heartwarming that you think people are fundamentally good and mistakes are mostly innocent. But this is not always the case.
