agreed that jnj takeover could ruin my life. but i first mentioned jnj takeover when stock was running in the 40-50 range, because that is when i first heard of it. at that time a premium of 20-30 points was deemed excessive. at the current price, i don't think anyone can afford avei. mgmt will ask for a premium and the stock is already overvalued.p plus, i don't think a buyout is in the cards for at least 6-9 months while the lawsuit continues and they can grasp how much of a share avei will be able to capture in the u.s.
