Go with caution. All soil naturally carries the "bugs", most insitu bio-remediation systems just enhance the bugs and provide a means to increase / excellerate their growth. The Underground Tank issues (UST's) has been a long standing issue, all or at least the mojority of locations using UST's have to convert to a new standard which was inplemented about 4-5 years ago. I'd watch for the companies contract listing and see if they are able to acquire some long term gov't contracts for their system. John
