Surely Ira realizes that if the audited financials show an EPS of .01 as you estimate, this stock will tank and his remuneration will tank to the same degree. I also believe he would be subject to a shareholder suit for claiming an EPS of .11 in a public forum. Doesn't sound like "plenty of benefits" to me. But I prefer to have a higher income and stay out of court, so maybe it's just my idiosyncracy. Be careful out there.
