Golfer: I am allowing it for the time being ( not permanently) basically because we are in the midst of an intense Presidential election, which is on everyone's mind and the question of whether to lockdown or not affects the economy, stock market and gold market. So, it is all inter-related. I read all the posts very carefully here and Sun's posts are very well thought out. It is true that this nation, its people and its elected officials are acutely divided to the point where if they don't come up with a stimulus package soon, this country is going to head to another recession. Refusal to compromise on both sides, intense hatred of both sides by the other is becoming all consuming and will lead to this nation's economic downfall. All of this talk here has consequences for the economy, stock market and gold market. I am not banning people based on political affiliation so no, it is not a political board. Once things settle down a bit after the election, the board will mostly return to its roots. But these are unusual times.
