Donald Trump was elected in 2016 by a minority in the USA. Apparently due to outdated electoral college system it is possible to win the popular vote by 3 million votes and lose the election because some votes are more important than others. We need to change this outdated process which is not democratic. Hopefully the Democrats can do it if they get the Senate. Currently Joe leads by 4 million votes, recounts in any other nation
would be ridiculous. States are closing in on interstate compact. What happens when they exceed the threshold? Few red states in it, not surprisingly. If enough swing states join it will be implemented.
Also, why some states are allocated nearly triple the electoral votes of other states, per voter? “Close enough”
was what I thought in the past, but definitely not anymore.
