The stock market has to love the way the election has turned out: they get to keep their cake, the Trump capital gains tax cut and have the tariffs removed. And even if Dems win both seats in GA, the chances of overturning the cap gains tax cut is slim given Joe Manchin in WV and Sinema in AZ. In short: Stock Market got an ideal situation with this election.
