I would hope that we would see a NR before trading commences indicating that the company has made arrangements through the courts and/or the VSE to sieze the proceeds of Farrels recent sales along with the balance of any shares and options/warrants he may have in his possession.

I would hope that we would read in that NR that Farrel has signed over to the company, the equivalent in security of the balance owing against pain of criminal prosecution and a life long ban by the VSE and other exchanges.

I would also hope that any and all Directors who were aware of these loans and/or approved of them have or will resign upon the hireing of a very highly respected new CEO well known by the industry and the street as a straight shooter and a successful manager.

Finally, whatever 1997 resource calculations are released for Discovery, they had better be from an unimpeachable source and very soon.
