Nice run up this week. Is this attributable to Hilbert's presentation, a technical rebound, or an "all boats rising phenomenon"?

Any Tech. Analysts have an opinion as to whether or not the stock has begun another upward run?

This is a nice run, I was begining to doubt my choice to buy CNC, when the stock dipped below 40 (intraday) recently.
