Ben I agree with you that Randy P. does not do a good job on the phone I called the office during the Atlanta show to ask about the interest there and basiclly I was told nothing. I feel, that American companies did not respond that well to the presentation at the show. Otherwise we would have had a news release. I also asked Randy P about the web site and when it would be updated and was told they did not have time. Is this not a important aspect of doing busines make yourself look professional. I also understand that all hardware is assembled outside CYH. Is this good for the company? Lets have some other opinions. Regards Klaas
