Peddle your BS elsewhere. REGN's IP did not originate in universities. There is a protection to the taxpayer here. The govt negotiated a price with Regeneron and paid a set price for the drug. Regeneron has done nothing egregious like you imply, and they aren't receiving "egregious profits" for its covid antibodies. But yes, by all means punish them, it will really incentivize companies to innovate and respond quickly to public health emergencies, dumb@ss!
