of course you realise the reason that the EC exists is to protect the weak.. much like a parliamentary system.. but gerrymandering works around that :( Your EC is not bad.. just manipulated.. A popular vote only basis leads to string im' up vigilantism .. The founding fathers were not really for 'all' the people.. but they understood that.. it is good for no one in the long run It is OK for issues like should we allow pot to be legal.. but some things require deeper thought and time
