The point of the statement was in response to the previous estimation of 4 months. The company was correcting that estimation to 8wks. That was the context of the statement.<eom>>

<The merger & money will be completed by the end of the month, as per
the deadline of the extension from the 8K, the bottling facililties will be completed in 8wks, not 4 months to meet the demand for $30MM in backorders, look for a couple extra surprises the co. has up its' sleeve!> ..DD
