PA “glitch”: mobile.twitter.com

I had posted earlier video (https://t.co/RcPCa98p95?amp=1) in which the guy provides the context for similar “glitch” in an election in Texas. See from 32:15 mark.

Basically the feed comes directly from “Clarity” database. Seems like the vote counts from counties are uploaded to Clarity, which actually is a system located in Frankfurt.

Not sure if voting system in PA is the same...why would vote count of any candidate ever come down? Seems that it should only go up.,,,

The guy also explains (from what I could make out) that there are no log records in the system. For example: there would not be any logs indicating that 19K+ were subtracted from President Trump and 19K+ were added to Biden.

This is really messed up: (1) Our election vote count collection aggregate seems to be in Frankfurt. (2) No logs on the system to trace what happened. (3) Passwords are in the clear (meaning there are files which store passwords to the system without encryption or protection). (4) system are connected to the internet.

Assuming the guy is correct: not one evens semi conscious person would design such a system. Credit cards and other personal information in corporations have 1000 times more security. Yet they have been hacked.
