My ballot and my wife's ballot were delivered to a neighbor down the road. This neighbor -- a hardcore Dem -- could have filled them out and sent them in, had she wanted to. No one would have known. Instead she hand-delivered the ballots to us. Good neighbor, bad system.

I receive a lot of mail from conservatives. pretty sure the mail person is cognizant of my political persuasion. We don't have mail in votes in MO, but I would bet a lot of ballots did not get delivered or went to the wrong place intentionally.
