i am more concerned, for now, about how prudent such a distribution "arrangement" may prove to be... as to GOD, perhaps you will share your potential concerns later. the more important threshold issue, for me, is how to gauge, or how to assess our numbers given such an odd distribution scheme...do you also have concerns about this? what of reports as to sales, and what of the all too critical timeliness issues dependant, it now appears, on the GTI network...will there be an accountability issue? it seems awfully unusual, doesn't it, given the context of the failed merger et al. randy
