Fauci is a public employee and a public figure. We can expect from him certain loyalty and ethical behavior - which he failed to demonstrate.

Pfizer is a private company. Their business is to generate returns for their stockholders. There was a big crazy campaign to discredit vaccines produced during the Trump presidency. Large swats of the public bought into that crazy sh*t. So, if they delayed the announcement until after the elections — I don’t like it, but they did what’s in the interests of the company and its shareholders.

The incident says more about the sorry state of our society - than about Pfizer inc.
