To all who responded to my concerns, many thanks. After all, that is precisely the benefit of participation in these threads.

I was disappointed in those comments which derided my questioning, as if concerns are not to be voiced here. To quote others here "my comments are just my opinion".

Let us remember that there are hundreds of companies looking for a piece of this action. Some will make it while others will fail (probably most of them). Whether DCTC and FTEL will be winners remains to be seen. The development of the PC is littered with companies that looked like winners at the outset and did not make it. Let us not just simply get caught up in the frenzy here. An investment in either or both of these companies warrants a very watchful eye.
