You guys must remember that officials in a listed company are under all sorts of legal restraints I know, I am involved with a company which has great news but no one is allowed to say anything because of the lawyers!! Now many times its a matter of how you say something and if it can be misunderstood. What happens if Austin looked in a microscope and misunderstood what he saw or did not understand it. He might be excited enought to say someting in a meeting or in a room but when a lawyer asks what he will swear to or write don on paper he may get second thoughts. I once was asked by the Ontario securites regulators if I was indending to buy any more shares in a particular unlisted company and I wanted to say yes but the lawyers explained to me what intention was defined by the regulators and I had to say technicaly something that was not in my mind but was more specific. Give the guy a break, unless he is a crook!! Regards
