604CVR019 Quantity 1500 shows up in my account today. Must be stupid because I have no idea where
whatever it is came from. Guessing KTRA or IMGN for income from a drug candidate since I own 1500 of
each. Good thing they list these things on my statement. Maybe I can figure it out then.

Probably just short of a pig in a poke: Contingent Value Rights Agreement

In connection with the Merger, the Company entered into a Contingent Value Rights Agreement (the “CVR Agreement”) with Computershare Inc. and Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as joint rights agent. The CVR Agreement entitles each holder of Company Common Stock as of immediately prior to the effective time of the Merger (the “Effective Time”) to receive substantially all of the net proceeds from the commercialization, if any, received from a third party commercial partner of RTB101, a small molecule product candidate, previously developed by the Company, that is a potent inhibitor of target of rapamycin complex 1 (TORC1), for a COVID-19 related indication.
