"Guilt by association?" - No, quite the opposite was what I had in mind - under intense VSE scrutiny of some Farrell money-shuffling, Dr. D.R. was sufficiently squeaky clean to take over - a positive sign for us Mongolianistas, imho. Leaving aside for the moment any judgement of Farrell & Co, since we just don't know what happened and why.
