You first. "Making DNA" doesn't mean changing your existing DNA.

Your immune system is SUPPOSED to make DNA in order to fight off infectious viruses.

That's the whole point of vaccines in the first place, to tell your immune system exactly what the viral DNA looks like so that it can make antibodies out of it.
