Just talked with "the office" and they informed me that they have always had that symbol on the OTCBB in the US, so I guess that is not new news...why your account was changed from MIY to MCYGF is strange. I was also informed that MIY is awaiting word from Cypango as to whether or not they will be satisfying their (Cypango) requirement to spend another $750K on the property in the NWT (diamonds). They have already expended $2.5 million on the property and have a positive outlook on the property. Apparently Cypango is negotiating a $750K private placement, so they will probably be back on the property with more drilling anticiapted.... still awhile before aany more news concerning the drilling, though... Macdonald (in Cuba) will be starting anew drilling program to further add to their results (very positive) to date. The GHMC situation closes 12 Feb 98 which will then see MIY as a direct shareholder on MMP stock. MMP has apparently received private placement funds to start their new drill program. Results to date have really been excellent, so again, somewhere down the road one would think that this should be good news for MIY.
