A fascinating presentation of the fraud by the Dominion machines. They transferred more votes in the more Republican districts. Helps to hide the fraud.

youtube.com

Their suggestions are good, need for
-Permanent voter registration card
-Open Source Software
-Handmarked Paper Ballots
-Ballot images saved pursuant to Federal Law
-Publish ballot images publically (allows for public recount)
-Publish precinct level data ("poll tapes") on election night

Having looked at the edison data, it is BS, they don't provide the vote count, instead they provide a float with 3 digits of precision for each candidate. So, when the totals get up into the millions there are thousands of votes of uncertainty. Almost an invitation to fraud.

I would add a blank area to the hand marked ballot to allow the voter to add a scribble to allow them to identify their particular ballot in the images. Rough idea.
