Here's more food for thought folks. Today's Network World pg 1. Worldcom will be building out a third Metropolitan Area Exchange (MAE) to ensure that Internet traffic passes from one ISP to onther safely and with some measure of speed. "This tier 1 MAE will be WorldCom's first exchange based solely on Cisco Systems, Inc. StrataCom BPX ATM switches." Looks like Cisco wins another.
