This has been a rough week. I'm sure I wasn't the only one on this thread to get a margin call. LGND has been a real disappointment for the last couple of months. The diabetes deal didn't help as much as I thought it would. And now the Droloxifene news and Farallon's trading has pulled the rug out from beneath the January effect I was hoping to see. The apparent failure of LGND to complete negotiations on the Leptin deal isn't helping either. All of this makes Tonyt look like a genius. Looks like our only hope may be the list of upcoming events which Russian Bear and Henry posted. When I look at those lists, however, I don't see that much. Filing of INDs and trial launches don't impress. Filing of the Panretin Topical NDA is significant, but how much mileage can we get from that given the small KS market? The Phase II clinical data in other cancer indications could really make a difference if the data is good, but what if it isn't - a la Droloxifene. So, Tony are we crazy to hope against hope that this will turn around? Are you forever a LGND bear, or at some point are you a buyer?
