The Wisconsin anomaly exactly matches the Michigan anomaly pointed out by Dr Shiva. In the most Republican precincts more votes were flipped from Trump to Biden. The fraudsters thought it would make it easier to hide the theft. It also leaves a very distinctive pattern. Not in time, not spatially, in party affiliation.

Plotting (Trump - Republican straight party) vs. % Republican straight party for each precinct makes the pattern jump out. It also goes a long way towards explaining why Trump lost while the downballot Republicans won.

All that needs to be done now is to hand count the most Republican precincts. These errors will jump out.
