[...and MSFT has created almost no incentive for innovation with regard to their monopoly.] This argument always cracks me up, because the same people then argue that the only reason OS/2, Mac, or Unix don't take off is that all the apps are written for Windows. App developers aren't stupid. They know which system is offering them the best opportunity to cash in on their creativity.
