El Pobre... SOMETHING very big is on the horizon that prompts US West to take the RISK of "rolling out ADSL service to more than 40 cities across 14 states in the first half of 1998." They must have a transition plan which will permit them to begin with the CAP-based solution and then adopt the FINAL standards that emerge from the UAWG... probably DMT.
