IF Philly has destroyed the ballot envelopes, then they just created a massive problem
Following the law, the PA vote should not be certified as there is now no way to validate those mail-in ballots.

A discussion I put together from posts by @Shipwreckedcrew

Trump alleges that PA allowed defective mail-in ballots to be cured in a manner contrary to state law. The PA law is clear, mail-in ballots not completed in compliance with the requirements of state election law are "void" and to be set aside and not counted.

If the cured ballots are intermingled, and cannot be segregated out of the vote count -- in fact they can't even be accounted for in terms of their numbers -- then you can't certify that they did not impact the outcome.

And when the defect was not "curable" -- such as the ballot arriving not inside the security envelope -- and there is no papertrail for rejections of such ballots, you again cannot certify that the final statewide count is an accurate tabulation of "valid" votes under PA law.

How many void ballots were there in PA where the ballots were not inside the security envelope as required by state law? That's not a fraud issue -- that's the counting of void votes. How about we let the discovery process play itself out.

Surely the number of such "void" ballots in Philly County will be similar on a statistical basis to such void ballots in Cambria and Butler Counties -- right?
