Part 23: White Protest Voices - War and Loyalty. Rush is damned wrong.
Principles First, then Our Condition (below)
No child of Adolph and Eva Braun would ever be required to forgive their genocide under some misapplication of the Ten Commandments to give honor.
War and disloyalty can be required when reform and leadership changes cannot be conducted and human disaster can only be avoided by war. Then it is morally permissible, and loyalties and treaties can and must be severed.
Armies have guardrails built into their laws to permit official disobedience.
Governments also have such guardrails for disobedience and reform.
Remember Germany
USA was just as wrong under GWBush and just as subject to retaliatory war for its attack on Iraq as was Germany for its Chancellor’s external actions. We are fortunate to have avoided WW3.
It is clear in hindsight that the fog of war prevented our ‘safety valves’ of governance and military leadership to act rightly due to deception and misunderstanding. The first casualty of war is Truth. Truth died at the desk of GWBush.
We know better today. Our moral standing is restored when we admit our error.
It is clear from repeated examples of history that borders are the necessary device that prevents repeated civil disobedience and civil war. Prisons and jails are bordered places for internal policing and peacemaking. National borders are bordered places for external policing and peacemaking. These ancient devices are necessary.
Our Constitution vs International Law
The old causes of injustice and war are very often the practices of violence and Rights violation that violate Jefferson’s rhetorical test: ‘pick my pockets and break my bones’. Today we demand even greater security than those gross extremes. Our person and property cannot be violated and we have enumerated those Rights in our Constitution and its Amendments.
These Rights establish invisible and visible borders that cannot be violated without reprisal. There cannot be impunity for any person nor State, nor its agents nor agencies. There may be limited reprisal written into laws and treaties for limited events, acts, actors and agencies. There may be limited reprisal written into laws and treaties with hard borders of time and place making temporary, not permanent impunity.
Traditional Societies, Borderless States are those communities which form for political landless activism. Societies are expected to be peaceful, and can be policed under our laws. Their existence is permitted ONLY if peaceful and lawful. When they act against and upon our ‘land’ they have violated our borders and our laws. They have become terrorists and criminal combatants. They are agents and agencies of a foreign State. Literally.
They may claim a right to conscience and membership in a Stateless Traditional Society, however, their Rights are not valid beyond the boundary of their skin, and the temporary designated places where they gather and declare sanctuary.
And here we are, facing an internal casus belli exactly as we faced for 250 years and which we thought was settled on 1865 battlefields. In truth, these are the very same causes of war faced by our Europeans predecessors for over a thousand years that we thought we had cured by so many wars and laws. Reformation is at war with the Ancienne Regime on our land, just as it has in Europe and especially the Caucasus and Balkans for 150 years. They lost that war.

That radio guy Rush made a tired old plea for loyalty Monday under the shroud of authority he believes he is granted by God. He is deceived. If he is a church-goer he might recall the words: “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the Truth is not in us.”
He used he device of an old movie and its theme of loyalty to implore that tired old instruction on Loyalty to a gang of men for the sake of a theoretical device that brings strength and victory against challenges: Unity. But that theme of loyalty and unity is for the purpose of a gang and an army as they commit war-fighting and atrocities upon others as their victims, knowing their actions are unpardonable. It is not for self-governance, justice and respect for Rights and Laws. It is not about Rule of Law in their dealing with others, it is Rule by Might over and upon others.
Forceful manipulation requires a stone wall to repel retaliation. It is then that Loyalty and Unity are tested.
Rule by Laws requires Loyalty to Laws, not to men and so the idea of blind Loyal Unity is diminished. This is what Abe Lincoln understood as he defended our Constitution. Some bonds with men cannot be repaired when and if they turn against the Higher Authority. What draws and binds men is that ubiquitous Higher Authority, not another man. So,...
Rush has been fooled and his condition is now fully exposed by the words of his own mouth. If he cannot correct himself he should not return to his radio pulpit. He should stay in his home and his deathbed, quietly. His devotees should do the same.
Lincoln knew better. Our Constitution proves that in our Declaration We DO KNOW BETTER. This is what men will fight and die for.

When Loyalty is raised as a virtue there can be only one object of loyalty and it cannot ever, and must not ever be a Man nor a Woman to whom unbending loyalty is given. It must always be given to a Higher Authority because men and women are fallible. The expressed written commandments of a Higher Authority, retrieved and written by a Man or a Woman are also fallible.
Any contract and Constitution between men must have a course for correction because blind loyalty is unacceptable. Fraud, deception, meanness, mistakes are all eventual events. Perfection is both impossible, and the enemy of Progress.
Even those Ancient Societies that call themselves stateless states and demand the rights of landed states must have a course for correction because blind loyalty is unacceptable. They are just as subject to war as landed states when we discover their offenses and criminality; especially their assault on our agreed Constitutional Authority.
And this comes full circle to borders, treaties, policing, courts, and armies. All of these are the business of government. And the first duty of any government is peace and security, without which no other enumerated Right can be enjoyed.
When assaults on Rights, Person, and Property occur, a means of justice is called for. Examination and all the rigors of well-tested-justice are, and must be imposed. A first test is simply that of ‘standing’ which is to determine the answer to an ancient question: ‘Whom do you serve?” What is your State? Where is your jurisdiction?
But this essay’s first section on Principles is bordering(sic) on tedious. The Subject is an examination on the Righteous causes of disloyalty and there are many, but only a few principles at the core of the dispute. It is the _practical_ act of disloyalty that is more complicated: when and how?

We are today assaulted by agents and agencies of foreign State governments and Societies. They have fomented internal disputes and raised a civilian army of protest.
This project matches the old project across the Caucasus described by historian journalist Anna Politkovskaya and Baddeley before her. Every journalist student in the entire world, in every language and nation knows the name Baddeley, the first embedded war journalist. They know this Truth that England created, financed and supported the Caucasus war just as they supported the US war between States.
Every journalist student in the entire world makes a conscious choice at the moment of classroom discovery to choose sides. Every journalist student knows that Andrew Carnegie is the financier of the American branch of Raproachment, the Confederate project of sedition. His mouthpiece is the many journalists he matriculates and they take jobs at radio, printed and televised media outlets; cable, web and such all included. They are partisans from before graduation day.
That Chancellor of Germany complained of the same peace-less dilemma but he took the drastic action to attack neighboring States rather than resolve his internal policing problem as a private State matter. He failed to establish borders and rule of law. His was a failed State because of those two fundamental failures.
We cannot fail the same duties or we also become a failed State.
When a State leader and Party fails to make those duties a fundament of government, the government thus abandons all Right to Land and the right to govern.
There we are. We have two political parties warring over the fundamental principle of government: the government either defends or failing to defend, thus abandons all Right to Land and the governing laws over the people within it. It no longer has a right to policing and justice enforcement.
The Needs of the Many
Because I possess the actual printed, official Manifesto of the 9.11.01 attack I possess knowledge of whom they are. I can declare unequivocally the author was an Englishman and his publisher was English. I can thus deduce from the records of history the known goals of two States and their known military campaigns of the past which fit the Manifesto and thus declare the combatant agents and agencies originate with and are thus members commanded, controlled and communicating orders, tactics and organization with England and Rome. The existence of conscripts and mercenaries of differing nationalities, and the existence of allies is a normal occurrence in war.
GWBush knew the Manifesto and rejected it as incredible. Then the attack happened and he declared the attackers were only those conscripts and or mercenaries of a different nationality than England and Rome. Truth died at the desk of GWBush and we are thus under an attack that is shrouded by Lies and the Fog of War which is an intentional deceit. The armistice of 1865 ended on 9.11.01. England did it. England attacked us again. Worth Smith wrote and published the proof.
The war upon USA is apparently joined by PRC with the signing of a treaty led by Tony Blair, and a declared Golden Era of Unity. The Ancienne Regime of European nations are apparently satisfied to stay on the sidelines as USA is exhausted by combat.
We must resolve this peacefully or we descend into a hot Civil War that easily could erupt into a global war. The path of a peaceful resolution begins with Truth.
I have written twice before of a political touchstone (essays 4 and 21)
I am writing and proposing here, that touchstone is: political confession.
A declaration of our shortcomings, and errors, is needed if we are ever to be trusted by the abused and defeated nations. A telling of the wrongful citizens, politicians and their abuses is needed. And... that confessing is 100% contradicting to The GOLDEN RULES and so-called GOSSIP denounced by Rome and London and their societies and fraternities. We must admit publicly there is a cold civil war of competition and abuses in our merit-based society that we do not agree to. That system of abuses must be exposed and stopped.
Abuse has risen to outright lawlessness in our country. The seditious goal appears to be an international system of wealth redistribution and borderless international law. Those who have been defeated in war are combining together to form an insurgent army of sedition and civil war to gain the Rights we won for ourselves. The error is obvious to us: change their own government peacefully. The lie is also obvious to us: their government demands a despotic obedience to Laws their People hate. We have freedom and material benefits they want to destroy in order to enforce a redistribution of wealth.
We don’t want the debauchery they embrace which leads to lawlessness and violation of person, property and Rights.
This is an old, old argument settled time and again with war.
Here we are again.
The ancient 500-year-old dilemma of Germany is the same dilemma we face: a protest against the Ancienne Regime to gain Rights formed from Truths We Hold Self-evident. We are demanding that We Know Better. We have proven in court and on the battlefield they are liars and we know better.
Rush believes we are wrong. Rush demands we obey a loyalty pledge to a system of cover-up and impunity in order to achieve Unity. But that system of impunity and loyalty is EXACTLY the system of abuses from which we escaped by migration and war. Rush is a turn-coat and this is the moment of his sabotage, just as Jim Jones gave kool-aid to his parishioners. This is the moment he demands you accept his deception just as he has before you.
Rush may be fooled, or ignorant, or scared and imprisoned by medical necessity. His disease is treated by further poisons that he prays will become cures in the hands of his physicians. He knows he is at the mercy of their Will to apply a curative Skill or else it will be perverted into poison and medical assassination. Death by Doc. Did you see the Bahraini PM died at Mayo Clinic this week? Even a servant of Anglicans doesn’t escape.
The parallel with our political disease is obvious. The path to a cure is also obvious.
Truth.
Blind loyalty to a man or an organization refusing to enforce justice and law is the path to destruction. It is not the path to our Unity and strength. THEY want impunity from OUR laws in the event they violate us. They want Rule by Force for gangsters and terrorists who are attacking us. THAT is the GOLDEN RULE they enforce.
They want to rape and take and destroy with impunity. They want the Rights of Kings.
Rush has said he owes a lot to the Bush family and it is clear in his comments he is pairing the old movie reference to his personal ties to the Bushes. But he likely did not, at the beginning of his career, know the names Worth Smith, Baddeley, and Anna Politkovskaya. He could not know I had discovered the 9.11.01 manifesto in 1996 nor did he have his own copy, unless he is secretly a fraternity man. His principles have formed without understanding the Anglican and Ancienne Regime plan for Rapprochement on that date would cause the death of some 5 thousand Americans, not including war dead and cost. Time, talent and treasure all lost.
As the limelight fades to twilight, the old man needs to reassess his extensive knowledge and quietly cut ties with puppet masters. More is known than is ever said on air, no doubt. But Ted Olson’s wife Barbara is dead. That’s beyond callous hubris. GWBush ignored fact and proof and just ‘made shit up’ and covered up with a laughing stunt on stage pretending to look under a table and claiming he couldn’t find any evidence of an attack.
As we pray for our Nation and its leaders, we can also pray for the good judgement, the better and improving judgement of a sick old man on his deathbed.

May that God of All Creation lead our Nation on the path of peace, and peaceful relations with other nations living in their own way within their own borders as His Light leads them to live.
