Exactly, I worked with a professional firm to develop an internal survey when I was working. It is hard to remove bias but very easy to exploit . The questions can be asked in a way and then the data presented in another way to the general public so it paints two completely different "pictures". You also may get different response's also depending on who you ask and when you ask.
