whatever the true state of C-virus in USA / EU domains I am perplexed by the apparent gentle-ness of C-virus in Canada by on the ground reports in Vancouver

I know nothing about C-virus in Mexico

I did a casual web-search and C-virus and appears it is actively 'bad' in both Canada and Mexico by media report

the whole happening seems a sort of ground-hog day to earlier 2020, the same sort of headlines, the same virus, and the same policy debates

it is as if the societies in aggregate are no more convinced w/r to countermeasures

astounding

I only know about Hong Kong, and so far as I understand we have some new cases, and where there be a cluster, it is stumped on

the kindergartens may shut down

my jack is going that primary schools shall remain open

the coconut's school should be in no danger of closing

for the few cases, should a lockdown happen, people shall be quite upset to the point of I do not know what can happen
